Frank West, co-owner of West Real Estate, has been an active REALTOR since 1988. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Frank is a licensed REAL ESTATE Instructor and a graduate of The REALTOR Institute and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Western New England College. Frank has been an invited speaker at many home buyer seminars and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers alike. Specializing in residential listing and sales, Frank has extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers as well as re-sellers. Frank is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist, with the know-how needed for catering to buyers and sellers in their senior years. Frank, a life-long Wilmington resident, was elected to the Wilmington Board of Selectmen in 2003 and served until 2005. He also served on the Wilmington Historical Commission as an active member from 1990-2002. Presently, Frank serves on the leadership committee of Boy Scout Troop 136, Chaplain for the Sons of American Legion Post 136 and serves on the advisory committee of The Hanscom Federal Credit Union. Frank is very active in his community serving the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program as a Zone Manager for both Wilmington and Tewksbury for over 20 years, and has both created and co-ordinated celebrity charity events and fund raisers for Toys For Tots toy drives. Frank also is an active member of the Wilmington Minutemen and participates in many area re-enactments and parades, promoting educational, historical and patriotic awareness to the community.
