Karen West has been an active REALTOR and co-owner of WEST REAL ESTATE since 1994. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and is a GRADUATE of REALTOR INSTITUTE. She is a CERTIFIED BUYERS AGENT. A distinction held by less than 5% of the Realtors in Massachusetts. While some realtor estate agents limit themselves to small geographical areas, Karen is highly flexible and caters specifically to her buyers’ needs and desires. While Karen specializes in residential sales and rentals, both new construction and existing homes, she also has successfully been involved in commercial sales and rentals. Karen is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist, with the know-how needed for catering to buyers and sellers in their senior years. Karen is very active in her community serving the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program as a Zone Manager for both Wilmington and Tewksbury for over 20 years, and has also created and co-ordinated celebrity charity events and fund raisers for Toys For Tots toy drives. Karen is an active member of Wilmington Kiwanis, a re-enactor with the Wilmington Minutemen and serves on the Leadership Committee for Boy Scout Troop 136. Karen also serves as a Eucharistic Minister and serves on the Hospitality committee at St Thomas Church of Wilmington.
